My Approach to Coaching
I am passionate about helping people make positive, successful transformations. Over 13 years of organizational and leadership development as well as coaching experience, with individuals and organizations, has transformed my own life, giving me the skills and tools to help others create lasting change while achieving desired outcomes. I am committed to building dynamic partnerships with leaders to explore the specific requirements of their organization, identifying challenges and their potential opportunities and formulating strategic plans to facilitate a transformative change in their company and its culture.
Change alone isn’t enough. My enthusiasm is in helping individuals, teams, and companies make purposeful transformations through coaching as well as the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) counseling. I work tirelessly to help clients achieve their full potential by identifying their goals, assessing their situation, ushering them through the process of growth, supporting them through challenges and celebrating their achievement. A partnership with me means gaining an ally as invested as you are in a positive outcome.
Many years of doing what I love has taught me that persistent attention to personal and professional growth is a must. In 2016, I was humbled to be recognized as one of the first 500 Change Leaders to be globally certified by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). I am also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Empathy has guided me toward a profession I grow more enthusiastic about each day. My education and experience enables me to transition between working with individuals and larger groups, teams and organizations. So often change is met with resistance.
